Information you provide<\/h2>\n

Our rental-analysis form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may include a property address, property details, goals, or other information you choose to share. Our referral form also asks for agent and brokerage details, a license number, contact information for the prospective client, permission information, and additional notes. Please obtain permission before sharing another person\u2019s information for a referral.<\/p>\n

These general inquiry forms are not intended for Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card details, passwords, tax documents, or tenant screening records. Please ask PPM how to provide sensitive documents through an appropriate channel.<\/p>\n

How we use inquiry and referral information<\/h2>\n

We use the information to respond to you, discuss rental potential and property-management services, understand the property or referral, coordinate requested next steps, and maintain business correspondence. We also use administrative tools to organize inquiries and track follow-up. These can include AI-assisted tools, such as OpenAI\/ChatGPT, to help review inquiries, prepare responses, and remind us to respond. Some acknowledgments or delay notices may be automated.<\/p>\n

Submitting an inquiry or referral does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. You can tell us if you no longer want follow-up about your inquiry. Communications needed for an existing service relationship may still be necessary.<\/p>\n

Website, email, and service providers<\/h2>\n

This website uses WordPress and WPForms for inquiry and referral forms. Form notifications are sent through our business email system using WP Mail SMTP. We receive and manage correspondence in our business email accounts, including Google\/Gmail. Our hosting, email, website-support, and administrative service providers process information as needed for those functions.<\/p>\n

Information may also be shared with people involved in the services you request, where appropriate, or when needed to respond to a legal requirement, address a dispute, or protect our business and others. Please contact PPM if you have questions about a particular disclosure or service provider.<\/p>\n

Technical information and cookies<\/h2>\n

When your browser connects to the website, our website and hosting services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request times. Website tools may use this information for operation, security, spam prevention, and understanding site activity. Form submissions can also include the page address and referring-page information.<\/p>\n

Buildium and other linked services<\/h2>\n

Owner and resident dashboards and rental applications open on Buildium\u2019s separate website. Information entered there is processed through that service and is subject to its applicable privacy notices and terms, as well as your relationship with PPM. Review those notices before submitting information. Other websites you reach through links have their own privacy practices.<\/p>\n

Use the Owner User Dashboard<\/a> or Resident Center<\/a> page to find the appropriate sign-in route.<\/p>\n

Retention and security<\/h2>\n

Inquiry emails and related records are retained for follow-up, business administration, and recordkeeping. The retention period depends on the nature of the inquiry, any resulting service relationship, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Copies may also remain in email systems, logs, or backups. You can ask us about the information associated with your inquiry.<\/p>\n

No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or account credentials through general inquiry forms or ordinary email.<\/p>\n

Your questions and requests<\/h2>\n

Contact info@ppmatlanta.com<\/a> or 678-667-8649<\/a> to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion of inquiry information, or stop inquiry follow-up. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records needed for an existing service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. Requests about information held in a third-party portal may also require coordination with that provider.<\/p>\n

These property-management inquiry and referral forms are intended for adults. Please do not submit information about children through them.<\/p>\n
